I went into a room today where a man was hanging on to life. His daughter said anyday and I asked if I could lead them all in prayer and asked the man if he had accepted God as his Lord and Savior, and he said he did in 1949, and I said surley you have sinned since then and he said yes and wanted to dedicate his life again. His daughter started saying the salvation prayer and was also saved! Also, I went in a room where a man was sitting next to his wife laying in bed. I asked if anyone told her that God loved them and wanted them to share eternal life with him. She said “No”. The husband said “Please pray with her. He was more skeptical about the prayer than her. He wanted her to have the prayer more than him. After I prayed with them and she spoke the salvation prayer out loud, and accpted Christ he gave me a big hug and said thank you and he said even though I wasn’t speaking out loud, my heart was. That was 2 more lost saved!

When this week started, I was not fully prepared for what the Holy Spirit was going to show me! I came into the class with a great expectation and by the end of the week, my expectations were completely superseded!

I learned so much, and there are many statements that are still resonating in my head: We are complete in Jesus. I have the Godhead living on the inside of me, therefore, I must conduct my life as such. I must live like He did. I must love like He loves me! I must live my life as if I am going to have to give an account tomorrow; and walk in obedience to whatever God calls me to do. Jesus is my ultimate example of humility and if I am a follower of His, I must live humbly as well.

God created me to fulfill His purpose on this earth. I am a vessel, full of God’s love, waiting to be poured out on the lives of others, including my enemies! This is not always humanly possible, but because we have the Holy Spirit living on the inside of us, He has given me the power to love not only my enemies but do the things that aren’t humanly possible.

This week has taught me, that throughout the rest of my life, I must choose to walk in purity and holiness. I must remember that I am nothing and Jesus is everything. Over the past three years, my cry to God has been, “I want your perfect will for my life. I want you to be so pleased with me”! This class has taught me that this is possible! I must govern my life by the Word of God, walk in obedience to the Holy Spirit and always walk in love! It’s not about governing my life based on my emotions, but being a yielded willing vessel to fulfill the plan and purpose God has set out for me as a woman called to run this race! Running it diligently until I reach eternity! Thanks to Rodney Howard Browne.

Led 2 people to the Lord today-used the script first time witnessing. He read the script to his mom today and she got saved. She got hit with the joy after she prayed the prayer of salvationNH God has given me a renewed burden and love for souls. I have always been shy and so yesterday I only set my goal for 10 but it was so easy that I passed my goal and today set it for 25 which I reached. One lady who stands out is lady who was so receptive and then was so happy and thanked me. I did get some rejections but I know they weren’t rejecting me but Jesus. Also one lady at first said she was Catholic and acted like she did not want to pray but I told her we all needed Jesus and then we prayed.

Dearest Revival Ministries International: Thank you so much for your hunger to save souls for the Kingdom of God. Soul winning has been on my heart for quite some time. While I know that God has commissioned us to lead the lost to Christ, I didn’t quite know how. So I prayed and asked God to give me an opportunity every day to share my faith with someone. Ironically, I was recently presented with an opportunity to begin a multi-level marketing business (a bumper to deter me from my purpose). While I initially signed up, I did not have peace in my heart. The question that continued to haunt me was “How will this draw people to Christ.” No matter what I did, I could not get around this question. So I asked God for guidance. While I could certainly use the additional income, I’d much rather win souls for eternity. Finally, today I received my answer. I just happened to be home today and turned the TV on Brighthouse Channel 3. I saw your television broadcast for the first time. I was so excited that I stopped what I was doing to listen to the entire program. Then I immediately went online to watch the soul winning video. Praise God for his faithfulness! My purpose is not to line my pockets with more money (while I have nothing against multi-level marketing); my purpose is to win souls for Christ! By using similar strategies (i.e. make a list of close friends, family members or simply make cold contacts; use a script to overcome common rejections; schedule appointments to meet with potentials and persistently follow-through), I could be a much wiser steward of my time and energy to the glory and honor of God. God truly knows the desires of our hearts and I praise Him for presenting me with this awesome opportunity to “learn” and then “go” to reach the lost with the love of Christ. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I used what I remembered from the script and a student whom I was helping prayed the prayer of salvation with me. Thank you, Jesus! During the summer of 2007 we went into a nursing home just outside of Fort Worth which was one of the two worst nursing homes I had been in during the past 4 years. I asked God to please improve the care and conditions for those patients. The ceilings had been coming down in some of the rooms, the patients and staff had no joy and there were children in some of the rooms scattered amongst the adults. This month we went back to Fort Worth and I made a point to go to that specific nursing home. The conditions in the nursing home were so much better. There had been a lot of construction within the facility and it really looked nice. The staff and patients seemed so much happier. One nurse told me that God had really improved their working conditions and that it was a much nicer place to work. I also noted that the children had been removed to another facility instead of being scattered in rooms amongst the adult residents.
